- The Abanicos Weekend event will be held from June 26 to 28 in Plaza Germinal Ros with artists such as Pupi Poisson, Pitita Queen and Fades.
- The programming combines the big party with political resistance, including the Miss Transvestite gala and a protest parade.
- Lloret reaffirms its commitment against LGTBIphobia with a previous event on May 17 that will feature Senator Carla Antonelli.
The Costa Brava already has a roadmap for Pride. Last Tuesday, the mayor of Lloret, Adrià Lamelas, together with the councilor Míriam Rodríguez and Ivan Soriano (President of Plurals), have revealed the details of the Pride Costa Brava 2026 Lloret de Mar. In its fifth edition, the festival is consolidating itself as a benchmark for inclusive tourism with a poster headed by the iconic The Alcorcón Earthquake, whose irreverence and unique humor promise to turn Germinal Ros Square into the epicenter of the state queer scene.
Music, resistance and the “Abanicos Weekend” phenomenon
The Pride Costa Brava 2026 Lloret de Mar program will start on Friday, June 26 with the Miss Transvestite Costa Brava gala. The highlight will come on Saturday the 27th with a concert by La Terremoto, accompanied by the Mallorcan group Fades, which defends Catalan and LGTBIQ+ rights, and SVSTO (a project by Carla Parmenter, from Las Bistecs), with a live show full of social criticism against misogyny and capitalism. The day will close with a DJ Set by activist Rocío Sáiz.

From the Plurals association they emphasize that, although the spirit is festive, “celebrating has always been an act of resistance”. For this reason, the event will not only feature shows, but also a protest parade that will travel through the streets of the city to give voice to a group whose freedoms, they denounce, “they are still a matter of debate”.
Firm commitment against LGTBIphobia
As a prelude to June pride, Lloret de Mar will commemorate May 17 (International Day against LGTBIphobia) with an event led by Clover Bish. The day will include a circus show based on stories of real attacks suffered in the town and a high-profile interview: journalist Daniel Borrego will talk with Senator Carla Antonelli.
During this event, the Tortuga d’Or award will also be presented, awarded by Plurals to recognize work in defense of human rights. With this ambitious commitment, Pride Costa Brava 2026 Lloret de Mar not only seeks to attract visitors, but also to protect the city as a space of security, culture and pride for all identities.
