The KO Method celebrates its third anniversary in Spain with great news: three new centers will open soon —two in Madrid and one in Barcelona—, marking a new step in the expansion of this wellness proposal that goes beyond physical exercise.
Since its arrival at 15 Belén Street (Madrid) in May 2022, KO Urban Detox Center has not left anyone indifferent. Its philosophy “Train for Happiness” summarizes well what it proposes: a way of training that seeks happiness through balance between body and mind. Far from being a conventional gym, KO offers a comprehensive experience where physical movement is combined with awareness and attitude.
What is the KO Method?
More than an exercise routine, the KO Method is a unique formula that fuses boxing, bootcamp, martial arts and yoga in 50-minute classes. All in the same session. It is a holistic approach that focuses on emotional, physical and mental well-being, and has quickly captured the attention of those looking for something more than sweating in a room.
With this approach, KO has managed to differentiate itself in a sector saturated with fast promises and perfect bodies. What matters here is how you feel. How you relate to your energy. How do you return to your center.
A faithful and purposeful community
In just three years, KO has established itself as one of the most desired wellness centers in Madrid. Influential figures from the world of fitness, lifestyle and health have joined its community, making it a reference place for those who value not only training, but doing it with meaning.
In addition, its alliance with Oysho as Partner Studio in 2024 reinforced its projection as a wellness brand with its own style. Being part of the Oysho Community not only gave him visibility, but also recognized KO’s commitment to a healthy, conscious and emotionally balanced life.
Growth with Latin American roots
KO Urban Detox Center was born in Peru by Ale Llosa, who is not only a trainer, but also a speaker and, as she defines herself, a happiness dealer. His vision has led KO to be present today in seven countries in Latin America and Europe, and the pace of growth does not stop.
In 2025, three new centers are scheduled to open in Spain: two in Madrid and one in Barcelona. One more step towards the goal of making comprehensive well-being an accessible, urban and transformative experience.
Digital training: well-being also from home
For those who cannot go to one of its centers, KO has also developed a digital platform with training available from anywhere: https://digital.iliveko.com/. A flexible option that keeps the spirit of the KO Method intact: moving with intention, awareness and joy.
