In the face of fascism, pride and trans fury
The Demonstration is an act of political resistance. Under the motto “In the face of fascism, trans pride and fury”, the collective remembers that the rights achieved are not a gift, but the result of decades of struggle that are now threatened. The call emphasizes that visibility is the best tool against stigma and speeches that try to strip trans people of their rights.
The organization calls on all social entities and citizens to join a human column that will travel through the heart of Madrid. The objective is clear: to demonstrate that the community is more united than ever. The mobilization seeks to stop any attempt at legislative regression, reaffirming that gender identity is a fundamental right that must be protected against any advance of intolerance.
Because our freedom is common, LGTBIQA+ Pride, Resistance and a lot of Trans Fury. @gardialfonso calls us all to the demonstration of the International Trans Day of Visibility 👇

How to join support groups (COGAM)
For those attending for the first time or seeking to integrate into the associative fabric, COGAM has set up welcome groups. The Madrid historical association will offer meeting points prior to the demonstration so that no one has to march alone. These care networks are essential to strengthen the community spirit and ensure that the message of the Trans Madrid Visibility Demonstration 2026 reaches strongly.

In addition, the Trans Platform Federation has coordinated with various neighborhood groups the arrival of columns of protesters towards Plaza Pedro Zerolo. It is recommended to come in advance and wear comfortable shoes. Visibility is a right, and this March 28, Madrid will be the loudspeaker that the collective needs to shout that their lives and their rights are non-negotiable in the face of any type of oppression.
